Hamas said on Saturday an Israeli lady taken prisoner amid the October 2023 assault had been murdered in northern Gaza, but Israel’s military said it might not “affirm or negate” the claim. Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades representative Abu Obeida said contact had been reestablished with the woman’s captors after a break of a few weeks, and it was built up that the prisoner had been murdered in an region of north Gaza where the Israeli armed force has been working. Abu Obeida’s articulation did not assist recognize the prisoner or say how or when she was slaughtered. The Israeli armed force said in a articulation it was looking at the data after Hamas “discharged film supposedly appearing a prisoner who had been slaughtered”. It included: “At this organize, we cannot affirm or negate it. (Armed force) agents are in contact with her family and are keeping them upgraded with all accessible data.” Abu Obeida said the lady had been held with a moment female prisoner whose life was in peril.
